The biggest car show aftermarket North African closed with very positive results trends. From 3 to 6 March 2014, 320 exhibitors welcomed 9,292 professionals, including 8% international, which were strongly mobilized during the 4 days of the show to discover the offers and news of the show.
The 8th edition of EQUIP AUTO ALGERIA 2014 closed on a decidedly positive. The lounge has confirmed that he is the professional appointments reference to the aftermarket for North African markets, with a participation of 320 exhibitors is up 40% in 2013 vs. 10 000 m² of exhibition and a significant increase in attendance with 9,300 visitors, up 11% versus 2013, including 8% international from 26 countries (France, Tunisia, Morocco, Turkey, China, Spain, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Argentina, Armenia, Burkina Faso, Argentina, Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Mauritania …).
On the supply side, the show has seen international participation increase by 80% vs 2013, with nearly 20 countries (Argentina, Spain, Greece, Indonesia, UK, UAE, Italy, Germany, Taiwan, Oman, India, Tunisia, Malaysia, Netherlands, Belgium, USA, Japan, China and Turkey) and 5 official pavilions (China, France, Morocco, Poland, Turkey) who presented a comprehensive range of over 300 leading brands in automotive equipment. This 8th edition was marked by a strong participation of Turkish and Chinese companies, nearly 170 companies in total, reflecting the strong appeal of the Algerian market.
Entertainment side, this edition of EQUIP AUTO ALGERIA was marked by a rich program of exchanges, business and events for the aftermarket industry, as the nascent auto industry in Algeria.
Responding to the new economic policies instilled by the Algerian government, EQUIP AUTO ALGERIA grabbed this revival of the automotive industry in Algeria to enrich its content through the establishment of professional meetings, conferences and debates in the Automotive Industry Algeria and its future. Thus, three conferences were hosted by the CEO of Renault Algeria Production, SNVI and the CEO of the crew proposes GSP, who reported on the progress of projects of different auto plants in Algeria. This initiative has mobilized many national and international actors OEM.
The testimonies of satisfaction of visitors and exhibitors are numerous confirming the outstanding business climate during the 4 days of the show reflects the dynamism of a booming market. Already, a majority of exhibitors announces its participation in EQUIP AUTO ALGERIA next year.
